The twin towers building, designed by Richard Rogers, has elevated the concept of high-end residence in the city. This project embraces a luxury space with a rich elegance that is not commonly seen in the Taipei market. The target buyers for this property are seasoned international travelers, and with this in mind, the design team utilized their expertise in hotel design to create a convenient 5-star lifestyle at home.

The show flat spans a total area of 500sqm and includes a spacious living space, dining room, two kitchens, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a powder room, and a butler room. The space planning of the apartment is meticulously designed to maximize its potential. The circulation gives a sense of freedom, allowing residents to walk around the house and enjoy views of the central park in the front. The lighting scenes create different atmospheres from day to night, enhancing the overall ambiance of the space.

The design of One Park Taipei showcases unique properties and features that set it apart from other residential projects. The materials used in the apartment include marble, timber, metal, tinted stainless steel, lacquer, leather, fabric, wallpaper, artistic silver glass, bespoke lighting, and custom-made wood and marble pattern floors. These elements combine to create a luxurious British style with subtle colors, tinted black metal accents, and detailed leather seams on interior furniture pieces.

Celia Chu Design and Associates paid meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the show flat. The central lounge area, inspired by the nearby central park, serves as a welcoming space for residents and guests. A highlight of the lounge is a silver-art-glass fireplace, created by a British verre-églomisé artist, which warms up and illuminates the richness of the home while offering a view towards the beautiful green park. The living room, adjacent to the lounge, strikes a balance of Yin and Yang with its color tones, curved seating, and characteristics that reflect the personalities of the male and female hosts.

In addition to the luxurious interior design, One Park Taipei also features a wine tasting room, blending stone with wood to create a unique flooring design. The overall concept of the apartment aims to provide not only a luxurious living space but also an artful and sophisticated lifestyle for its residents.

The design team faced challenges in aligning the client's expectations with the advertising company's market-oriented approach. However, through hard work and effective communication, they were able to strike a balance and deliver a result that they are proud of.
